Really? This is a new craze? Really?
They're not calling it a 'sport' yet, right?
Planking, as defined by wikipedia:
The lying down game (also known as planking, or face downs) is an activity, popular in various parts of the world, consisting of lying face down in an unusual or incongruous location. The hands must touch the sides of the body, and having a photograph of the participant taken and posted on the Internet is an integral part of the game. Players compete to find the most unusual and original location in which to play. The location should also be as public as possible, and as many people as possible should be involved.
Funny, but weird. And bored.
This fad has spread worldwide, but it's called different things in different places.
France: 'On One's Belly'
South Korea: 'Playing Dead'
Ireland: 'Facedowns'
Australasia: 'Extreme Lying Down'
I'm not making this up.
Extreme lying down for me would involve a nap that lasted longer than twenty minutes. Ooooh.... can you imagine it? *sigh*
Then one day, out of the blue, Emmy busts out this move on the kitchen table.
I'm not sure whether to laugh, cry, be uber proud, or sign her up for "Princess Camp" down at the local dance studio.
Have you ever planked? I have never planked. Forgive me if I try it.

it really is an odd craze, but Emmy looks to be very good at it :-)
As i was looking at the ladder plank i was thinking that it would be really cool to get a bunch of people lying down on the tramp and one person could stand in the middle and bounce and you could get a pic of all the bodies planked in the air. And if you were really lucky you could get the jumper high enough to be out of the shot. It would look like they were all floating above the tramp.
This is where my mind wanders...pardon.
