Our other home

Caleb had to head back to Green River Sunday night. But this time, instead of staying home and feeling lonely, we headed to JoJo's. It happened kinda like this: "Love you honey! Bye!" (door shuts) "You guys wanna go to JoJo's? Right now?" "YEAH!" "Ok let's go" And so we did. Jonah made muffins this morning, much to his pure joy. Then Lainey came over and we did some yoga/pilates in the newly finished basement family room. I'm using the term 'we' very loosely here. Meaning I didn't last very long.
Then we got dressed and headed to town! After a lunch stop at our favorite restaurant The Greenery, we were off to Treeehouse Children's Museum. The party van definitely lived up to it's name today.
Everything Emmy did at the museum today, she did completely. As in nothing could tear her away. I only got photos of the medieval times area. There's a table covered with castles and horses and knights and princesses and dragons and the works, and Emmy was totally absorbed.
She was there for a while.
The other little's were dressing up, doing puppet shows, bonking their heads and getting bloody bottom lips (guess who) and other assorted activities.
We spent 3 hours, and they were completely wiped out. We actually left about a half hour too late, we figured, because all three had melt downs between the exit doors and the van:)
This evening's agenda: Family Night!
